This app is designed for children and built with Google Play Families requirements in mind. In short: we do not collect any data about your child. Details below.
1. Who operates this app
App operator: Petr Vostrý, company ID (IČO) 03472086, registered address Stavební 1226/2a, 735 35 Horní Suchá, Czech Republic (sole trader). Contact email below under Contact.
2. What data the app collects
We do not send any personal or other data to any server. The app does not contain:
- any analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics),
- any advertising SDKs or advertising identifiers,
- any chat or way to communicate with other players,
- any location tracking,
- any accounts or sign-in — the game runs without logging in.
3. Where game progress is stored
Your saved progress (quests, inventory, settings) is stored only locally on the device (file user://save.cfg). This data never leaves the phone or tablet, we never send it to a server, and we have no access to it.
Uninstalling the app deletes this saved data along with it.
4. In-app purchases
The game offers one optional one-time “Full game” purchase to unlock the whole world. The purchase is processed exclusively through Google Play Billing — payment details (e.g. card number) never pass through us and we never see them. Payment processing is governed by Google’s own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
The purchase is protected by a parental gate (a simple math question) so a child cannot complete it by accident.
5. Advertising
The app contains no advertising and no third-party ad networks.
6. Sharing data with third parties
Since we do not collect any data, there is nothing to share. The only third party a child/parent indirectly interacts with is Google Play during install and any purchase (see section 4) — that is governed by Google’s policies, not ours.
7. Parental rights
Because we do not store any child’s data on our own servers (we run no player-data servers), there is nothing to delete, correct, or export. If you still have a question or concern, please contact us — see Contact below.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in the future (e.g. adding a new feature), the current version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date.
